## Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals — hearings

(a) Where and When Held—Hearings will be held at such times and places determined by the Board to best serve the interests of the parties and the Board. (b) Unexcused Absence—The unexcused absence of a party at the time and place set for hearing will not be occasion for delay. In the event of such absence, the hearing will proceed and the evidentiary record will consist solely of the evidence of record at the conclusion of the hearing, except as ordered otherwise by the Board.
