- Judge of the Passaic County Superior Court in New Jersey, appointed by Governor Chris Christie in 2011, and currently serves in the Civil Division and as an Appellate Judge in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division
- New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division — Appellate Judge, with temporary assignments to Part E (Mar–May 2024) and Part A (Aug 2024 onward)
