## Biography

### Professional career

- Division 11 circuit judge for the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, appointed in 2020 and serving through 2028
- He also worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office

### Education

### Additional information

- In 2022, Caine was retained in his position by voters in a nonpartisan retention election, receiving 63.8% of the vote
- He also clerked for Hon. J. Dale Youngs of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court Caine is a recipient of the Lon O. Hocker Award from the Missouri Bar Foundation (2015)
- Before joining the bench, Caine held the role of an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Missouri.
- As a law student, he was Symposia Editor of the UMKC Law Review.
