### Professional career

- Appointed by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine to the Belmont County Court, Northern Division, taking office on October 20, 2023, to complete the term of Judge Chris Berhalter, who moved to the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas

- Myser has been practicing law since 2013 at Myser & Myser Law Firm, where he became a shared partner in 2018 alongside his father, Richard Myser
- Following his appointment, Myser ran unopposed in the election and began his first full term on January 2, 2025, which will run through January 1, 2031
- serves as solicitor for the villages of Barnesville and Morristown
- At the time of his appointment, Myser was one of the youngest judges in Ohio, and he values family involvement in his judicial career
- He presides over the Northern Division Court, which covers Pease and Colerain townships and portions of Richland Township, including St. Clairsville
- Beyond his judicial duties, Myser is active in community organizations
- He serves on the advisory board for the Belmont County Family Drug Court, is a board member of the Belmont County Special Olympics, participates in the St. Clairsville Chamber of Commerce, Valley Hospice, and the St. Clairsville Rotary Foundation, and is involved with the Community Foundation of Ohio Valley Internship Program
- He also engages in educational outreach, including programs that allow high school students to observe court proceedings and learn about the judicial system
- His legal affiliations include membership in the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Belmont County Bar Association, Belmont County Law Library Review Board, and the Estate Planning Council
