- Garrison is currently an Associate Judge of the Jackson County Magistrate Court, appointed in 2023, and now serves as Chief Magistrate
- Andy Garrison is the Chief Magistrate Judge of the Jackson County Magistrate Court in Jefferson, Georgia, a position he assumed in January 2025 and is set to serve until the end of 2028
