### Professional career

- The Chief Magistrate Judge of Dawson County, Georgia, appointed in April 2023 to lead the Magistrate Court and oversee its judicial operations
- Before joining the bench, he served as an attorney with the City of Cumming and as an associate at Miles, Hansford & Tallant

- Myers has held the role of a Magistrate Judge since July 2020.
- Appointed by the Superior Court judges of the Northeastern Judicial Circuit (covering Dawson and Hall counties) on April 24, 2023, to fill the unexpired term of Anthony Tarnacki, who resigned from the bench.
- He is a 2018 graduate of Mercer University School of Law, where he was a scholarship recipient and Law Review member, and has also earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Georgia Southern University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia
