### Professional career

- Before becoming a judge, Dudley held the role of Commonwealth’s Attorney for Franklin County from 2016.
- Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Jackson L. Kiser, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia
- Allen W. Dudley, Jr. is the Chief Judge of the Franklin County General District Court and also serves as Chief Judge for the Pittsylvania General District Court, both within Virginia’s 22nd Judicial District
