- In November 2025, Judge Boyd announced her run for Henry County Chief Magistrate Judge, marking a step from her municipal court leadership to a countywide judicial role
- Chief Judge, City of McDonough Municipal Court — sworn in July 28, 2022, becoming the first African American and female Chief Judge in the city’s history
- Private practice — founded The Price Boyd Law Firm in McDonough in 2016, specializing in family and personal injury law
- Seasoned Georgia attorney and current Chief Judge of the City of McDonough Municipal Court, now running for Henry County Chief Magistrate Judge with a platform of “Building Trust
