### Professional career

- Associate Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court, appointed in 2022 by Governor Brian Kemp and elected to a full six‐year term in 2024
- In 2021, Justice Pinson was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp as a Judge on the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and a year later, the Governor appointed him to the Supreme Court of Georgia
- Law clerkships: U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Chief Judge David B. Sentelle (2011–2012) U.S. Supreme Court, Justice Clarence Thomas (2013–2014)
- As Georgia Solicitor General, Pinson handled appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit and other courts
