### Professional career

- Andrew J. Serina Jr. is an active judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, elected by partisan vote and sworn in January 2026
- Assistant District Attorney for Schuylkill County, prosecuting capital murder, drug trafficking, and domestic violence cases, and collaborating with Pennsylvania State Police and federal agencies such as the DEA on multi‐jurisdictional matters (2002–2022)
- In his swearing‐in remarks, Serina credited decades of preparation and even “Law & Order” reruns during law school for inspiring his desire to become an Assistant District Attorney
