Lininger is the Presiding Judge of the Clackamas County Circuit Court (5th Judicial District) in Oregon, appointed by Governor Kate Brown in July 2017 - Began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit - She later practiced law in Colorado at Earthjustice and Hogan Lovells, then returned to Oregon with roles at Legal Aid Services of Oregon, Oregon Iron Works, Buckley Law, and the Metropolitan Public Defender - Ann M.
