### Professional career

- Minnesota Court of Appeals judge appointed by Governor Tim Walz on February 17, 2026, to replace Randall J. Slieter, with a term expiring in 2029
- Joined the Minnesota Court of Appeals on February 17, 2026 to fill the seat vacated by Justice Randall J. Slieter
- District Court Judge: Appointed to the Ninth Judicial District by Governor Mark Dayton in 2013; elected in 2014 and re-elected in 2020
- Private Practice: Law clerk, associate attorney, and partner at Rust, Stock, Rasmusson, & Knutson, P.A. (1999–2013)
- in District 9 of the Court of Appeals and is the Assistant Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial District
- Retired Minnesota Supreme Court Justice David Lillehaug highlighted her “common sense, exceptional people skills, and deep understanding of the values rooted in our state’s rural communities”
