### Professional career

- Appointment: In April 2023, appointed by the Fairfax County Circuit Court as a Substitute Judge, later serving as a presiding judge in the General District Court
- Early Career: Judicial law clerk for Prince William County Circuit Court judges; associate attorney in patent law at Fleshner & Kim, PC (1998–2003)
- Current Role: Principal Attorney at the Law Office of Anthony H. Nourse, PLC, and presiding judge in the Fairfax County General District Court
