### Professional career

- The Presiding Judge of the Cuyahoga County Probate Court in Cleveland, Ohio, serving since 1993 and currently in office until the end of 2026
- Legal Career: Partner, Russo, Roth & Co. (1978–1992) Judge, Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court (1993–2008) Judge, Cuyahoga County Probate Court (2009–present)
- He also serves as Ex-Officio Clerk of Court, managing the filing and maintenance of probate legal documents
