## Biography

### Professional career

- Associate Circuit Judge – Circuit 3 and is listed as a candidate for re-election in the 2026 Missouri General Election
- Associate Circuit Judge for the 3rd Judicial Circuit (Putnam County, Missouri), appointed in 2022 and serving until at least 2026
- Appointed by Missouri Governor Mike Parson in February 2022 to fill the Associate Circuit Judge vacancy in Putnam County created by the death of Hon
- Before his judicial role, Horvath held the role of a Judge Advocate in the Missouri Army National Guard for 12 years (2010–2022) and in the Missouri National Guard for 19 years (2002–2022).
