### Professional career

- Appointed by Chief Magistrate Judge Cassandra Kirk to the Fulton County Magistrate Court bench on May 8, 2020
- Ashley Gholamhosseini Drake is a Fulton County, Georgia Magistrate Judge appointed in May 2020, presiding over criminal and civil cases, and recognized as the first female judge of Persian heritage in Georgia
- Began her legal career as a prosecuting attorney for Georgia’s two most populous counties, later serving as an Assistant District Attorney in DeKalb County
