### Professional career

- Magisterial District Judge for District 52‐2‐01 in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania
- Lebanon County President Judge John Tylwalk ordered the reassignment of Figueroa’s criminal cases to other MDJs, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court appointed Lancaster County Senior Judge Harold Knisely to handle DeArce’s prosecution, with the Pennsylvania Attorney General replacing the local DA
