## Biography

### Professional career

- Beyond the judiciary, Morgan has held the role of a Student Disciplinary Hearing Officer for Cobb County School District since 2023 and remains active in the music community, including as a marching band judge and lecturer on legal responsibilities for music teachers
- Appointed in early 2023 as a part‐time Magistrate Judge in the Cobb County Magistrate Court, following his retirement from the Solicitor General position in December 2022
- Solicitor General of Cobb County (1998–2022): Appointed by Governor Zell Miller in 1998, Morgan held the role of the county’s chief prosecutor for misdemeanor, traffic, and ordinance cases for 24 years
