- “Beau” McClain is a judge of the Douglas Judicial Circuit in Georgia’s 7th Superior Court District, serving since his first election in 2008
- Before becoming a judge, McClain held the role of Chief Assistant District Attorney for Douglas County from 1991 to 2008.
- Recognized as the Chief Judge of the Douglas Judicial Circuit
