## Biography

### Professional career

- Ben Miller Jr. follows in the footsteps of his father, Ben Miller Sr., who held the role of a district attorney and later as a superior court judge in the Griffin Circuit, eventually becoming a senior judge before retiring in 2002.

### Education

- Bachelor’s degree from North Georgia College and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School.

- Officially sworn in on June 3, 2020.
- Ben Miller Jr. was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp to the Superior Court of the Griffin Judicial Circuit on May 1, 2020, filling the vacancy left by Mack Crawford’s resignation.
