- 2018–present: Superior Court Judge, 30B Judicial District, 5th Division (after 2018 district reorganization)
- In September 2024, he confirmed plans to vacate his judicial seat to become Chief Supreme Court Justice of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, pending confirmation
- 2009–2018: Superior Court Judge for the 30B Judicial District, 8th Division
- 2000–2009: District Court Judge for the 30B Judicial District (Haywood, Jackson, Macon, Cherokee, Swain, Graham, Clay counties)
- Attorney General, Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (1997–1999)
- Assistant District Attorney, Haywood County (1995–1997)
- Bradley B. Letts is a senior resident judge for the 30B Judicial District of the 5th Division of the North Carolina Superior Court, covering Haywood and Jackson counties
