Scope: statewide

Electronic media and still-photography coverage is allowed in Florida public trial and appellate proceedings under Rule 2.450's equipment and conduct standards, always subject to the presiding judge's control of decorum, distractions, and fair administration.

Evidence excerpt: Subject at all times to the authority of the presiding judge to: (i) control the conduct of proceedings before the court; (ii) ensure decorum and prevent distractions; and (iii) ensure the fair administration of justice in the pending cause, electronic media and still photography coverage of public judicial proceedings in the appellate and trial courts of this state shall be allowed

### Professional career

- Juvenile Court Judge – 15th Circuit, February–August 2026
- Criminal Court Judge – 15th Circuit, effective August 2026
- Circuit Civil Court Judge – 15th Circuit, October 2021–2026
- Bradley G. Harper is a judge of the Florida 15th Judicial Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, appointed in 2021 by Governor Ron DeSantis, and is recognized as the first African American elected to the Palm Beach County judiciary
- County Court Judge – 15th Judicial Circuit, January 2017–October 2021
- He has also served on the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission’s Racial Equity Team and in numerous community boards and programs
