- Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Pennsylvania, elected in 2019 and sworn in January 2020
- Law clerk for Justice Sandra Schultz Newman, Pennsylvania Supreme Court (2004–2006)
- Founder and managing partner of Binder & Canno for 12 years
- Magisterial District Judge, Court 15‐1‐01, serving West Chester and East & West Bradford Townships

- After law school, Binder practiced in commercial litigation, real estate, and business law.
- Also named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star list and the Main Line Today Top Lawyer list
- Outside the courtroom, Judge Binder is an active pitcher in the Men’s Senior Baseball League, playing for the Forkballers and winning multiple MSBL World Series championships
