### Professional career

- The elected District Court Judge for Grant County, Washington, serving since 2018 and previously as presiding judge from 2018 to 2025
- Previous role: Presiding Judge, Grant County District Court (2018–2025)
- He moved to Grant County in 1996, practiced law for 11 years, and was appointed District Court Commissioner before being elected judge in 2018.

### Education

- Undergraduate degree in Business Finance (cum laude) from the University of Utah.
- Law degree from Brigham Young University.
