### Professional career

- Before joining the Court of Appeals, Tucker held the role of Circuit Judge for the 6th Judicial Circuit (Pulaski and Perry Counties) since 2020.
- Nonpartisan judge for District 6, Position 1 of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, elected in November 2024 and serving until 2033
- Longtime civil attorney who was a partner at Barron & Tucker, PA from 2009, and joined the firm in 1997
