### Professional career

- Christopher R. Thyer is a judge on the 2nd Judicial Circuit Court of Arkansas, elected in 2020, and a former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas
- U.S. Attorney (2010–2017): Nominated by President Barack Obama in 2010 and confirmed by the Senate, Thyer led the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas until his resignation in March 2017
- Partner at Stanley & Thyer, P.A. (2007–2010)
- Partner at Halsey & Thyer, PLC (2005–2007)
