- Law Practice: Partner at Greenspun, Shapiro, Davis & Leary, P.C. (2001–2011) Co‐founder of Leary Law, P.C. (2011–present)
- Judge of Virginia’s 19th Judicial Circuit Court (Fairfax County), elected by the Virginia General Assembly in 2022, with a long career as a litigator in criminal, civil, and personal injury cases
- Substitute Judge: Served 8 years in the General District Court and Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court
