## Biography

### Professional career

- Before joining the judiciary, Yarbrough has been a Senior Attorney at Fowler, Hein, Cheatwood & Williams, P.A. in Atlanta since 2022
- Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Kennesaw State University since 2018
- Appointed by Chief Magistrate Judge Brendan F. Murphy to the Cobb Magistrate Court bench in August 2025, joining fellow new judge Natalie Ward
- Part‐time Magistrate Judge for Cobb County, Georgia, appointed in August 2025, with a background in civil litigation, creditors’ rights, and legal education
- Yarbrough’s appointment followed an open application and interview process, with Judge Murphy describing him as an “excellent attorney with respect for the law, common sense, and judicial temperament
- Prior roles as Managing Attorney at Greene & Cooper, LLP, and Attorney at Pollack & Rosen, PC
- Early career as a law clerk and associate in general civil litigation
