- Has served in the Burke County Magistrate Court since 1991 and became a full-time magistrate judge in 2013 after completing over 150 hours of judicial continuing education at the University of Georgia.
- The Chief Magistrate Judge of the Burke County Magistrate Court in Georgia
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice (valedictorian) from Voorhees College
