### Professional career

- Appointed to this role by Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright, effective July 1, 2024, succeeding the Hon. J. Steven Patrick
- Appointed District Judge for Colorado's Seventh Judicial District in 2017
- Chief Judge of the 7th Judicial District, which includes Delta, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray, and San Miguel counties
