- Appointed: 2018; previously held the role of a judge in the 16th Judicial District Court from 2013
- Prosecutorial Service: Assistant and Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney for Culpeper County, VA (2003–2013)
- Private Practice: Associate attorney at Davies, Barrell, Will, Lewellyn & Edwards (2000–2003)
- Federal Law Role: Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia
- Adjunct professor at Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and American University Washington College of Law
