- Daniel S. Roberts was sworn in as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Central District of California on November 10, 2025, presiding over matters in the Court’s Western Division in Los Angeles
- In New Jersey, Superior Court Judge Daniel Roberts was reassigned to the Civil Division of Union County (Vicinage 12) and designated as the Supervising Special Civil Part Judge effective April 7, 2025
- He also practiced municipal law at Best Best & Krieger LLP and held the role of a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
