### Professional career

- The newly elected and sworn‐in Municipal Court Judge for Columbiana County, Ohio, serving a six‐year term starting January 1, 2025, and running through December 31, 2031
- Menning won the 2025 Republican primary and the general election for the Municipal Court judgeship, unseating the previously appointed Judge Kelly Linger
- She took the oath of office on December 30, 2025, in the same courtroom where she had previously held the role of prosecutor, with Seventh District Court of Appeals Judge Katelyn Dickey administering the oath
