- Judge of the Morris/Sussex County Superior Court’s Civil Division in New Jersey, appointed in 2014, and currently on judicial recall after retirement
- He previously held the role of Sussex County Prosecutor from 2003
- Private practice in Newton, NJ, as associate at Trapasso, Dolan & Hollander and later partner at Hollander, Hontz, Weaver, Hinkes & Pasculli
- Judge Weaver serves in Vicinage 10 of the Morris/Sussex County Superior Court, Civil Division
