### Professional career

- David W. Lindsey is the elected Probate Judge for Pickens County, Georgia, serving since 2012 and re‐elected in 2016 and 2020
- He also held the role of a Magistrate Judge in the Magistrate Court of Pickens County from 2013
- Began his legal career as a law clerk for Judges Brenda S. Weaver and Bobby C. Milam of the Appalachian Judicial Circuit Superior Court
