- Elected to the bench in 2016 and is currently the Presiding Judge of the circuit Jasper County Circuit Clerk
- The Presiding Judge of Missouri’s 29th Judicial Circuit (Division II), serving since 2016, and is known for his long career as Jasper County’s Prosecuting Attorney
