- Dean P. Mandros is a judge in the General Division of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas in Toledo, Ohio, elected in 2010 and re‐elected in 2016 and 2022, with a career background as a 28‐year assistant prosecutor and Criminal Division Chief

- As of late September 2026, Judge Mandros has presided over multiple active cases in Lucas County, including matters involving Promedica Physician Group, DNF Associates LLC, LVNV Funding LLC, and Wells Fargo Bank
- held the role of Administrative Judge (2019–2020)
