## Biography

### Professional career

- Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court, appointed by Governor Charlie Baker on November 7, 2018, to fill the vacancy created by Justice Karyn F. Scheier’s retirement
- Before joining the Land Court, Rubin was a Partner in Real Estate Development at Prince Lobel Tye LLP from 2008 to 2018

- focusing on litigation and transactional drafting in real estate, condominium governance, construction, lease disputes, and government procurements
- Rubin has held the role of President of the Real Estate Bar Association and co‐chaired its Condominium Law and Practice Section.
- She has contributed to affordable housing initiatives, serving on the Boards of Caritas Communities and the Brandeis University Women’s Studies Research Center Advisory Board
- She has also been active in the American Arbitration Association, the Abstract Club, the Women’s Bar Association, and the Community Associations Institute
