## Biography

### Professional career

- The elected County Probate Judge for White County, Georgia, serving since 2020, with a background in law, real estate, and public service
- In December 2024, Ferguson was sworn in for a new four-year term as County Probate Judge, participating in a ceremonial oath-administration for other county officials at the White County Courthouse
- Before joining the bench, Ferguson ran a solo private law practice in White County from 1994
