### Professional career

- Don W. Fraser is a judge on the General Division of the Union County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio, elected in 2008 and re‐elected in 2014, with a background in law practice, public service, and community leadership
- Before becoming a judge, Fraser was managing partner of Cannizzaro, Fraser, Bridges, Jillisky & Streng, a Marysville law firm he co‐founded in 1982, specializing in Medicaid planning, estate planning, and probate administration.
- Earlier in his career, he held the role of an assistant prosecuting attorney for Logan County and Bellefontaine Municipal Court
