- Donald R. Eller, Jr. is a U.S. immigration judge appointed in December 2018 by then‐Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker to hear cases at the Dallas Immigration Court
- Retired as a Colonel, U.S. Air Force in 2018 after 22 years of service. held the role of a judge advocate at multiple U.S. Air Force bases (Louisiana, Texas, UK, California, North Carolina, D.C., Germany) and in various roles including trial judge, senior prosecutor, senior defense attorney, and staff judge advocate.
