## Biography

### Professional career

- American former judge who held the role of Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery from October 22, 2003, until October 2015, appointed by then–Governor Ruth Ann Minner
- Before joining the Court of Chancery, Parsons spent over 24 years as a senior partner at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell in Wilmington, Delaware, specializing in intellectual property litigation.
