- Reichley launched the county's Drug Treatment Court in 2019 and Mental Health/Wellness Court in 2026, and is active in community organizations such as the Allentown Police Athletic League and Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council
- Elected in 2011 to the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas, he has presided over criminal, juvenile, civil, orphans', and family court matters
- He served five terms in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (2003–2011), holding roles such as Vice-Chair of the House Appropriations Committee and receiving honors including State Public Official of the Year (2010)
- American judge and former Republican state legislator from Pennsylvania
