### Professional career

- Special Civil Part Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage, and as of August 4, 2025, she is assigned to the Passaic County Civil Division and designated as the Supervising Special Civil Part Judge for the vicinage
- On July 3, 2025, the Supreme Court of New Jersey issued an order reassigning Judge Mizzone Testa to the Civil Division of the Superior Court in Passaic County (Vicinage 11) and designating her as the Supervising Special Civil Part Judge for that vicinage This change amends her 2024–2025
- Mizzone Testa is the daughter of former Superior Court Judge Philip Mizzone, a veteran Passaic County judicial figure
