### Professional career

- On April 17, 2025, Governor Matt Meyer appointed him President Judge of the Superior Court, succeeding Jan R. Jurden
- Eric M. Davis is a judge of the Superior Court of Delaware, appointed President Judge in April 2025, with a career spanning judicial service, corporate law, and complex litigation leadership
- Before becoming President Judge, Davis was a judge on the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware from April 2010 to 2012.
- Began his legal career at Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. in Baltimore, MD (1992–1996), then joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in 1996, where he became a partner.
