### Professional career

- Magistrate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, appointed by Chief Judge Anita Josey-Herring on July 20, 2023
- Glover’s legal career began in New York City, where he worked as a trial attorney in the New York City Law Department from 2002 to 2007
- Before joining the judiciary, Glover served as General Counsel for the District of Columbia Department of Corrections (DOC), the agency’s chief legal officer, where he advised leadership and helped shape policies and programs

- J.D., Howard University School of Law (2000), where he was on the Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court Team and edited the Howard Scroll: Social Justice Law Review
- in Political Science, Morgan State University — B.A. (1996)

### Additional information

- Judge Glover presides over cases in the D.C. Superior Court and is a member of the Superior Court Judicial Education Committee
- Prior to that, he was Chief of the Civil Enforcement Section and a trial attorney in the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia (OAG), managing affirmative litigation and leading a team in one of the largest wage theft recovery actions ever prosecuted by the agency
