- Judge of the 27th Judicial District Court of Virginia, serving since July 1, 2015, and currently as Chief Judge in several local courts within the district
- Commonwealth’s Attorney for Bland County (elected 2011)
- Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Wythe County and Pulaski County
- Listed as Presiding Judge for the Radford General and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Combined Courts and Chief Judge for the Pulaski General District Court
