### Professional career

- Caposela has been an Assignment Judge for Vicinage 11 (Passaic County) in the New Jersey Superior Court since June 18, 1999
- Retired New Jersey Superior Court judge who, as of 2025, is serving on recall in the Criminal Division on a statewide basis
- Focus: Criminal Justice Reform initiatives
- During this period, he remains temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division statewide, assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Criminal Justice Reform
