### Professional career

- Carbullido has been on the Supreme Court of Guam since 2000, appointed by Governor Carl T.C. Gutierrez to succeed Justice Janet H. Weeks
- F. Philip Carbullido is an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Guam, appointed in 2000, who also held the role of Chief Justice from 2020–2023 and holds multiple judicial leadership roles in the Pacific
- His work spans trial, appellate, and judicial administration duties, with a focus on judicial education, ethics, and access to justice
