- He was also an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall Law School (2001–2013), teaching Legal Research and Writing and New York Practice, and was named Adjunct Professor of the Year for 2008–09
- Judge of the Morris/Sussex County Superior Court (Vicinage 10) in New Jersey, currently serving as Civil Presiding Judge for Morris and Sussex Counties
